A: Yes, but please change the power voltage
and plug for the range hood to be suitable at your
region. However, warranty does not

A: Please contact KOBE customer service for
the parts you need. Have all information on hand before
contacting customer service (model number, serial number,
& part number) |

Q: If my range hood is scratched or dented,
can I return it? |

A: Please check the range hood appearance
before you installs it. If you find anything wrong with
the hood, please contact customer service
immediately.
Check the store's policy on exchanges, returns, or
refunds. KOBE will not exchange or accept returns after
the range hood has been installed. |
